Adjunct Instructor
Summer Term

Teach undergraduate Intro to HRM course at KSU this summer.
The course is required of many majors and is a required course.  It will be the student’s introduction to the HRM function in organizations.  All aspects of HRM are touched upon, so no one HR function gets much depth. Class size will be 50 or less.
Class meets: June 9-Jul 12.  
Time is 9:45-11:40 MTWR

Major Responsibilities:

• Policy Program Maintenance and Distribution

• Job Description Development with Rate Ranges

• Recruiting

• New Hire Orientation/Discipline/Termination

• Employee File Maintenance

• Worker’s Compensation Content and Compliance Expert

• Benefit Liaison/Cobra with 3^rd Party Administrator

• Payroll Processing and Compliance; Liaison with 3^rd Party Administrator
